EBS Consultants was engaged to provide expert Project Management and Fire Safety services to oversee a comprehensive fire safety upgrade, ensuring compliance with Council’s Fire Safety Order. Our team managed every stage of the process, from reviewing fire safety documentation and obtaining contractor quotations to developing a detailed Scope of Works in line with Australian Standards and the Building Code of Australia (BCA).

We facilitated the tendering process, engaged qualified contractors, and administered contracts to maintain project efficiency and quality. Throughout the upgrade, we conducted regular inspections, addressed contractor queries, assessed progress claims, and coordinated with key stakeholders, including Council and certifiers. Upon completion, we ensured all fire safety measures met the required standards, securing final certification and in turn lifting the Fire Safety Order.
