EBS Consultants was engaged to provide Fire Safety and BCA consultancy services throughout the project’s development. Our team of expert consultants worked to conduct a detailed review of architectural plans in addition to the proposed fire stopping methods, materials, and products.

Working closely with all subcontractors, we refined fire stopping methods, offered support on product selection and recommended alternative solutions to meet required specifications. A comprehensive fire stopping matrix outlining fire wall reviews, suitable fire stopping products and installation methods for the development was completed leading to complete compliance with the Building Code of Australia (BCA).
