EBS Consultants was engaged to provide Fire Safety and BCA Consultancy services, ensuring all service penetrations met the requirements of the Building Code of Australia (BCA). Our team of expert consultants conducted a review of the proposed fire stopping methods and materials, providing advice and recommendations. During the construction phase, we conducted routine inspections ensuring fire sealing of all penetrations was correctly completed and documented.

The team provided additional advice on BCA compliance issues, prepared necessary certifications, and coordinated with contractors to finalise documentation. As the project neared completion, the occupation certificate was successfully issued.
