Established along the picturesque shores of Kiama, The Kove unveils a harmonious blend of coastal allure and sophisticated living. We carried out comprehensive site inspections focusing on fire stopping and bounding construction.

EBS Consultants was engaged to provide Fire Safety and BCA Consulting services on this development. The team reviewed fire stopping methods, materials, and products with subcontractors, preparing a fire stopping matrix to be referred to throughout the project lifecycle. Throughout the construction process, we conducted routine inspections ensuring proper fire sealing of service penetrations in compliance with the Building Code of Australia (BCA). The team prepared the required certificates for each sub-contractor in addition to the final penetration matrix for submission with the occupation certificate.
