EBS Consultants was engaged to provide Fire Safety consultancy services for this development. Conducting site inspections with a focus on fire stopping and bounding construction allowed the team to identify non compliances and assist with remediation within a timely manner.

Working closely with subcontractors, the team was able to review fire stopping methods and prepare a comprehensive penetration matrix resulting in complete compliance with the Building Code of Australia (BCA). All relevant final compliance certificates were issued leading to the successful completion of this development.
