EBS Consultants was engaged to provide end-to-end Project Management and Fire Safety Consultancy services to ensure Councils fire safety requirements were met. The project began with an in-depth assessment of the fire penetrations, fire doors, and stair risers, where the team conducted destructive audits, documented non-compliant issues, and engaged specialist consultants, including mechanical, structural, and fire engineers, to support the rectification process.
With a clear understanding of the required upgrades, our consultants developed a detailed Scope of Works outlining installation requirements, and maintenance obligations. We then facilitated a competitive tender process, securing qualified contractors to carry out the fire safety improvements. Throughout the project, we oversaw contract administration, conducted regular site inspections, responded to contractor inquiries, and ensured quality control at every stage.
Upon completion, we coordinated the final inspection and certification process, ensuring full compliance with fire safety regulations. Through our structured and proactive approach, we successfully guided the project from audit to certification, delivering a compliant and high-quality outcome for our client.
