EBS Consultants was engaged to provide Fire Safety and BCA Consulting services to ensure the development met all necessary standard set out within the Building Code of Australia (BCA). With a focus on fire stopping and bounding construction, the team reviewed subcontractor methods, created a fire stopping matrix, and carried out routine site inspections checking service penetrations and fire-rated walls.

As the project progressed, we provided ongoing consultancy, tracked compliance and assisted with the certification processes.  Fire damper and penetration inspections were also carried out as part of the Annual Fire Safety Statement (AFSS) to ensure ongoing compliance.
