Zephyr ensures panoramic ocean views from every bedroom and living space, coupled with complete privacy from neighbouring residences.

EBS Consultants was engaged to provide expert fire safety consultancy, guiding the project from initial groundwork through to final certification. Our team commenced with initial site inspections, and reviewing fire stopping materials and installation methods to establish a clear and compliant fire stopping matrix. This provided a structured framework for all contractors to follow, ensuring consistency and compliance throughout the build.

As construction progressed, we carried out thorough inspections, ensuring that all service penetrations were correctly sealed, labelled, and photographed in compliance with Australian Standards. We provided ongoing advice highlighting areas requiring rectification in addition to expert guidance on compliance with the Building Code of Australia (BCA).
